To provide individuals with practical skills and knowledge that prepare them for specific careers and trades and equip students with necessary expertise, hands-on experience, and industry specific training to enter work force or advance in their chosen field.

Specific Objectives 

  • To provide students with practical skills and competencies thatare in demand by employers, ensuring they are job-ready upon graduation.
  • To offer training programs that are up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards and technologies.
  • To enhance the employability of students by fostering a strong connection with local businesses and industries, facilitating internships, and job placement services.
  • To promote a culture of lifelong learning, enabling individuals to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends throughout their careers.
  • To encourage entrepreneurship and innovation by equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to start and manage their own businesses.
  • To provide recognized certifications and accreditations that validate the skills acquired during training and enhance graduates’ marketability.
  • To ensure accessibility and inclusivity by offering programs that cater to a diverse range of learners, including those with disabilities and different backgrounds.
  • To continually assess and update training programs based onfeedback from employers, students, and industry experts to maintain relevance.
